Since its inception, OPFI has produced over six hundred projects for
the hydrocarbon processing industry, including a mix of new fired heaters,
waste heat recovery units, revamps of existing equipment, field modifications,
and large multiple heater projects. OPFI also supplies instrumentation,
controls, and erection services for all equipment produced by the company.
Following are some examples of completed projects:

 | These two 67.5 MM Btu/hr units were supplied complete with instrumentation and control system. The heaters were designed for off-shore platform service in Nigeria. |
 | By the use of a cast iron air preheater, OPFI combined two furnaces for a duty of 53.34 MM Btu/hr and added a complete Air Preheat System to increase efficiency to 91.5 percent for a refiner in Oklahoma. |
 | Two existing furnaces were combined for a new duty of 53.0 MM Btu/hr. OPF's
responsibilities for this South Texas coast refiner included the addition of a high-efficiency air preheat system (93 percent), all field work, and civil engineering work. |
 | This is one of many WHR units supplied with all ductwork, diverter valve, and auxiliary firing system. The unit is located in Texas and has a duty of 104.4 MM Btu/hr. |
